Praise report from Crystal Glass

This is from Crystal Glass. We were praying for her grandmother and great news:

I wanted to thank everyone for their prayers for my grandmother. We found out on Friday that her lymph nodes were infected. There is no cancer. We are very relieved as a family.

Please continue to pray that she heals quickly from her surgery. She is doing great. She just gets tired easily, and cannot go like she is use to.

Hello Everyone,

I have some GREAT NEWS! Eric had his CT scan today and we didn't think that we would get the results back until next week. Well, I just talked to mom at the hospital and they went ahead and gave him the results. The large spot of cancer that was on his liver has shrunk down to almost nothing! Praise the Lord!!! God has been so faithful in answering everyones prayers! This is definitely a big one!!!! The other blessing today is that they have found the source of the pain and fever that he has had. He has a large pocket of fluid near his diaphram. They are going to keep him in the hospital tonight and drain it. Hopefully that will alleviate the problems. His and our prayers are now that it will be just an overnight stay. We would love to be able to have Thanksgiving together as a family. We have so much to be thankful for! Please continue to keep Eric and our family in your prayers. God has proven that He is listening! Thank you so much!


LIsa Hereth is still in the hospital and we are still praying for her recovery.


I am sure we can all think of many things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Have a wonderful and thankful day in his name!! It is only because of "him" that we can celebrate.

Lisa Hereth is in the ER and has found out she has pneumonia. She has an IV started and also getting fluids. Let's start praying right now and hope they have caught this early enough that it won't get any worse.

Kim's Grandmother just passed away this morning - she is on her way to Tennessee now. Thanks for the prayers

Prayer update on Kim Lowe's grandmother

Jennifer Wake has info from Kim Lowe in ref to her grandmother:

I just spoke with Kim, she and her dad are on their way back from Tennessee; they were called in twice today as they thought her grandmother Jewel would pass on, but she is hanging on. The prayer of the family is that she will pass on peacefully and suffer no more pain. Kim has asked that everyone please pray for the same thing, if it is God's will.

Krista update

Krista has been moved out of ICU and is in room 616. The direct number to her room is 404-459-1616. Please limit the length of your calls as Billy says she is still recuperating. He appreciates everyone for helping to get her on the road to recovery.

Krista Dunn
The doctors found the source of infection, it was in her back all along. This is what caused the back pain and the double pneumonia and blood infection. They are debating now to try to treat it with antibiotics or just to cut it out. She is awake, aware, hungry and eating and drinking just fine. She is tired easily, though. She hopefully will get her own room soon, just depends on how this infection thing goes.



Ryan and April Carson would appreciate our prayers for April's family, the Speights. April's grandfather passed away yesterday. The funeral service is tomorrow at Gene Davis - White Columns Funeral Chapel in Mableton at 2:00pm.

Kim's grandmother is having surgery either late tonight or tomorrow - it is critical for the next 3 days as to whether she will make it. Her name is Jewell Gipson.


Krista Timmins is due any day now to have her baby. She is having associated back pain. Let's pray for her health, comfort and safety and the same thing for baby Micah on the way. Also similar prayers for Jared, Grace, Zion and the rest of the family.

Joy called the hospital and the nurse told her that Krista may still remain in ICU again today, but things are continuing to look up.

Good news from Billy about Krista. He just posted this on Face Book.

Krista is off the ventilator... YAYYYY!!!!!! She is returning to her old feisty self, and I am able to talk to her. She ain't exactly lucid, but she's awake and aware. Our prayers are working... she might get out of ICU by tomorrow. Let's keep praying... cause it's working. Krista and the Dunn and Tuck families thank all of you for your prayers and support. I do not have an update today, but this was from Krista's husband, Billy, as of last night.



Krista has not awakened enough for them to try to let her breathe on her own power, so they will try to do a self powered breathing test tomorrow. She has not been lucid for more than two seconds since Friday morning. Tomorrow is an important day, we hopefully will be able to get her off the ventilator and breathing on her own by tomorrow night.

Please pray for Crystal Glass' grandmother. She has had a biopsy for possible cancer and is still awaiting results. Please pray for great news! Also pray for Crystal as she is a bit tired from the running and caring of her grandmother. Jason might also benefit from those prayers.

Our sweet Krista Dunn is very ill. Her husband, Billy, has been in touch with Eric and will continue to keep us up updated.

We were praying for her back pain, but her pain was due to the swine flu. Going undiagnosed she now also has pneumonia and the infection has also entered her blood steam. She is in ICU at Northside Hospital and is on a ventilator. The next 24 hours are crucial.

Billy has suggested that visitors right now would not be such a good idea as she is sedated and could have no visitors right now anyway.

I promise to let all of you know just as soon as I know any further information.

The reason of course for this immediate prayer request is obvious. Please pray and pass on to others that would help with this request. Billy being on dialysis is also in need of our prayers at this time so he may also continue to be with his wife.

Please pray for the Harrison family. They have been with out work for three weeks and now there is work but both Danielle & Bruce are down and out with the flu. Lisa is working hard to keep Isabell & Kurt away from the sick ones. If she gets sick she may have to ask for help from someone to take care of Isabell. But for now Isabell seems to be the healthiest one here.

Hi this is Lisa & Bruce Harrison. One of our employee's family has suffered a great loss. Angie and Rocky Pratt are new to The Bridge and have enjoyed the little time that they have shared there. I was surprised that they did not make it to services on Sun and we found out that Angie's Grand Father Bill Martin had lost his battle to cancer. Bill & his wife Karen had raised Angie and other children that needed a home. So this is like loosing her Father. There Family is in much need at this time for our prayers.
