I just returned from the funeral service for Mary Ann Chvala. Krista Timmins and I attended the Walk to Emmaus with her just a few weeks ago. Mary Ann was 55 years old and had stage 4 lung cancer at the time of her Walk. She was a great inspiration to all of us. It was such a blessing today to hear how her "Life Song" stretched way beyond Emmaus. Mary Ann is survived by her mother, her husband and three sons. Please include this precious family in our prayer requests.
