The man that the Wakes asked for prayer the other day (Eric) is having his spleen removed next week, still awaiting MRI results. Please continue to pray.

Houston and Kerry's new granddaughter arrived last night at 11:12 PM. All is well with Mama and baby and God is good and amazing.

This is a request from a friend of the Wakes. I have posted this just as the friend wrote the request.



I will like to ask that you put my brother Eric on your prayer list. He has been having pain and problems with his shoulder. He has been very tired and has lost 30 pounds. After blood work, they have discovered that he has a tumor the size of a baseball between his rib cage and kidneys. He has an appt. with the surgeon first thing in the am. It is essential that they remove it quickly. He is very worried as are the rest of the family. Please pray that the tumor will be benign and that God will guide his doctors in how to proceed. Please also pray that God will use this to bring us all closer to him. Our family believes that prayer works! Thank you for taking the time to lift him up in prayer.

Update on Eric's Aunt Carolyn

She has not received a good prognosis as this rare and aggressive form of cancer has spread to other organs and she has been given 3 to 6 months to live. Please pray the presence of the Spirit of God for Carolyn, her husband, their kids and grandkids and all of those that love her.

Wendy’s mom came home last night……all the doctors have decided that it was an anxiety attack from fear over the spinal procedure.

Please pray for Wendy Simone's mom, Margret Williams . They think she had a small silent heart attack as a complication to a spinal epidural she had yesterday for a herniated disc

Shirley Hall needs to have by pass surgery after a heart attack, but is too weak for the procedure. Please pray for her to regain strength.

Glenda Farmer is continuing to deal with health issues and pain. Please keep her in your prayers.

Bud Parker has had extensive back pain and will start epidural shots this Friday in lieu of surgery at this time. They are praying that this will give him some relief.

Please remember to keep the Lees in your prayers as well. Healing for Jessica and continued blessings for the new baby, Aaron. Also remember them as they try to get the move started!!

Trace Hawkins born to Tyree & Melissa Hawkins around 2:30 today at Gordon County Hospital. He weighed 6 lbs 14 oz & mom & baby are doing well. (Melissa is Eric Lee's sister).

Please pray for Danielle Harrison. She is 34 weeks pregnant and has some health concerns including high blood pressure. Stress could very well contribute to that problem, but hopefully with a leave from work now will help that situation. Please pray for Danielle, the new baby, and the Harrison family.

The Lee's new little baby Aaron Matthew Lee is now in our world! Everyone is fine and we are all praising God for this new healthy beautiful baby!!

Please pray for the whole Lee family and let's all thank God for another wonderful blessing from above.

We will also pray for comfort and a rapid healing for Jessica. They have a little bit to do in the next upcoming weeks.

Please pray for the family of Andy Witt. He is assistant pastor at Acworth United Methodist Church. His wife Cheri had a heart attack during their VBS. They have 3 children, ages 9, 6, and 3. This was totally unexpected and they are having a difficult time as you can imagine.
